With over 15 years of experience in Luxembourg in running coaching, endurance training, and injury prevention, I created Run Strong 360° to offer a holistic, science-based approach to running performance. As a certified sports scientist, marathon and trail running specialist, and corrective exercise expert, I integrate data analysis, strength training, and recovery strategies to help runners train smarter, prevent injuries, and achieve their goals. Whether you're preparing for a race or returning from injury, my mission is to guide you with a structured, personalized plan that considers every aspect of your performance.
